Below are our current prayer requests for Tennessee Baptist Disaster Relief — this list is updated regularly, so please check back and join us in prayer.
Pray for the response to the double earthquakes in Venezuela on June 24, 2026. Thousands are dead and many more are injured, with thousands of families displaced from their homes. TN Baptist Disaster Relief is working through the Venezuelan Baptist Convention to provide funds so they can assist in meeting the immediate needs of those affected (i.e., food, shelter, water). We will continue to collect funds for some time. Volunteers may respond once it is deemed safe and visas can be obtained for entry. To give, follow the “Contribution” link above. Pray that Christ will be lifted up in this disaster and that many will turn to Him.
Pray for the storm survivors throughout the Midwest from storms over the last month. Tennessee Baptist Disaster Relief is looking for mud-out teams to help in Indiana. Pray that volunteers will respond and that they can share Jesus with those they serve.
Pray for the trainers and those being trained at the DR trainings taking place in Lawrenceburg and Knoxville on August 15, 2026.
