If you have been previously credentialed or your credentials are going to expire soon, please take the opportunity and get re-credentialed, so that you may be ready to serve when a disaster occurs. Previously credentialed volunteers need to be recredentialed every 3 years. Please click on the “Volunteer Credentialing Guidelines” below to see what you need to do to be re-credentialed.

Mass Feeding (Classroom) – Mt. Juliet (Middle TN)

Please pre-register by Monday, August 15, so that we can supply you with the proper training materials and/or lunch count on Saturday.
The credentialing fee is $40 (effective January 1, 2023). This fee will cover not only the cost of the ID, hat, background check, and membership pin, but also the cost of any of the basic training courses a volunteer wants to take over the next 3 years.
To be fully credentialed, you will need to take at least one specialized class after you have taken the prerequisite course of “Introduction to Southern Baptist Disaster Relief.”

8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Mass Feeding (3-hour class) – Part 1
10:00 a.m. – 10:15 a.m. Break
10:15 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. Mass Feeding (3-hour class) – Part 2

Disaster Relief volunteers can now download the following forms to their computers and fill them out and bring them with you to training or send them to the DR office. By typing these forms, you are helping us save time with data entry and increasing our accuracy of keeping your records.
