If you have been previously credentialed or your credentials are going to expire soon, please take the opportunity and get re-credentialed, so that you may be ready to serve when a disaster occurs. Previously credentialed volunteers need to be recredentialed every 3 years. Please click on the “Volunteer Credentialing Guidelines” below to see what you need to do to be re-credentialed.

Introduction to Disaster Relief and Specialized Classes or Chaplaincy – Chattanooga (East TN)

September 13-14, 2024 – Red Bank Baptist Church, 4000 Dayton Boulevard, Chattanooga, TN 37415. To pre-register for this class, use the following link: Disaster Relief Training – Red Bank.
Please preregister by Monday, September 9, so that we can supply you with the proper training materials and get a lunch count for Saturday.
The credentialing fee is $40 (effective January 1, 2023). This fee will cover not only the cost of the ID, hat, background check, and membership pin, but also the cost of any of the basic training courses a volunteer wants to take over the next 3 years.
To be fully credentialed, you will need to take at least one specialized class after you have taken the prerequisite course of “Introduction to Southern Baptist Disaster Relief.”
