If you have had Introduction to Disaster Relief and/or any specialized classes, and your class certification has expired or will expire this year, please take the opportunity and get re-certified, so that you may be able to serve when a disaster occurs. If you take Introduction to Disaster Relief, you need to recertify every 3 years, regardless of activation. To take Recertification class, you must be an existing volunteer.

Bucket Truck A & B Classroom Training (Fri.) and Bucket Truck A & B/Chainsaw/and Skid Steer Hands-On Training (Sat.) – Bean Station (East TN)

March 19-20, 2021 – Kingswood School, 105 Kingswood Way, Bean Station, TN. To pre-register for this class, contact Don Owen at dnowen@bellsouth.net.  (Hosted by Nolachucky Baptist Association) Masks are required while on campus.

Friday

5:30 – 6:00 PM Registration

6:00 – 9:00 PM Bucket Truck Classroom Training (A & B)

Saturday (Weather permitting)

8:00 – 8:30 AM Instructions for the Day

8:30 a.m. until finished Bucket Truck A & B Hands-On, Skid-Steer and Chainsaw Hands-On – (must have chainsaw classroom training and must pass the test to continue with hands-on)

Disaster Relief Volunteers can now download the following forms to their computers and fill them out and bring them with you to training or send them to the DR office. By typing these forms, you are helping us save time with data entry and increasing our accuracy of keeping your records.
