To pre-register for this class\, contact Keith Davis at krdavis707@gmail.com or (865) 387-3519.  \nPlease pre-register by Monday\, November 7\, so that we can supply you with the proper training materials and/or lunch count on Saturday. \nThe credentialing fee is $36. This fee will cover not only the cost of the ID and background check but also the cost of any of the basic training courses a volunteer wants to take over the next 3 years. \nTo be fully credentialed\, you will need to take at least one specialized class after you have taken the prerequisite course of “Introduction to Southern Baptist Disaster Relief.” \n7:30 a.m. – 8:15 a.m.      Registration \n8:15 a.m. – 10:15 a.m.    Introduction to Disaster Relief (2-hour class) \n10:15 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.  Break \n10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.  Flood Recovery \n12:00 p.m. – 12:30 p.m.  Lunch Provided (compliments of Valley Grove Baptist Church) \n12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.  Chainsaw Safety & Operation Classroom \nRegistration Forms \nDisaster Relief volunteers can now download the following forms to their computers and fill them out and bring them with you to training or send them to the DR office. To pre-register for this class\, contact Suzanne Cunningham at the Carroll-Benton Baptist Association office at (731) 986-8818 or carrollbenton1@gmail.com. \nDisaster Relief Chaplaincy Class – This training will be the introductory course for those who would like to become a chaplain or as a refresher for those who are already trained as DR Chaplains. \nFriday – 5:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. \nSaturday – 8:15 a.m. until finished (approx. 2:00 p.m.); Lunch will be provided on Saturday by the church and there will be breaks. \nPlease pre-register by Monday\, November 14\, so that we can supply you with the proper training materials and/or lunch count on Saturday. \nREMEMBER THERE ARE PREREQUISTES: \n1. You have taken the Introduction to Disaster Relief in the last three years. \n2. You have registered. \n4. You are among the first 20 people who register. \n5. You have a letter of recommendation from your pastor.
